Had a great and wonderful experience with Monster Air. Our air conditioner motor went out and it got hot fast. We called Monster Air and they were here within hours. My management company contacted Monster Air yesterday to repair my non-working AC unit. I spoke with Brandi who immediately set me up with an appointment for first thing in the morning (7 to 8), but said she would try to squeeze me in yesterday. While she was unable to get someone to come out, she at least called to let me know. This morning, 10 minutes early, a technician showed up and my AC was fixed by 720am...I highly recommend Mobster Air.. not just because the got my AC working, but because of the communication from Brandi.....
