My air conditioner stopped cooling on Saturday afternoon, I called Saturday night, they arrived Sunday morning. I was amazed at how efficiently he tested and diagnosed several potential issues. Ugh!!! I knew this was coming my unit was 16 years old and ultimately was end of life. They provided me several options of efficiency/cost benefit, gave me the details to make an informed decision and provided me a price that was below quotes I had in the past. We came home from dinner on a Friday night and found our AC wasn’t working. We frantically called around to several AC companies and were just hoping we’d get lucky on a Friday night at 9pm. So many companies couldn’t even give us a ballpark of when they would have someone available to come out. Luckily, Goetz Home Service answered and was out within a half hour!! We are so thankful he came to us in a pinch and saved us from melting away. He fixed it and was very reasonably priced, especially for an emergency call on a Friday night. We’ll definitely call him again if we ever have any other issues!Service: AC repair
