James was on time and honest about the problems with our AC unit. He fixed the problem in a timely manner. We have used Bluewave HVAC before, they are the first company that we have felt like we can trust in a long time.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the top-notch service provided by Bleuwave HVAC. This was our second service request with them, as we initially called them to repair a leak coming from the vents. The first technician who came was great and quite knowledgeable, but unfortunately, he didn't have all the proper equipment to finish the job. A month later, the unit started leaking again, prompting us to reach out to Bleuwave HVAC once more.This time, we were assisted by a the general manager named James.
