“Mr. Rooter Edmonton is amazing, it wasn’t even a question to come out when I called on the weekend for a backed up sewer line. I originally called a different company and they offered someone during the weekday. How is a person to function for the rest of the weekend? Mr. Rooter to the rescue! Curtis not only come out and resolved my problem, but Curtis joined by Adam were so kind and helpful which made a stressful time easier to digest. Realizing my sewer line needed to be lined to prevent future damages to the pipe, Savana’s amazing approach and quick responses helped me through the process with my home insurance - she really made a daunting process so easy. Not to long after, Tim and Ben were out lining my sewer. They were also so friendly, quick and respectful. The service technician came & installed the humidifier, & condo pump. Great experience with him again ! Talked to us about different hot water tanks (as we will need to replace ours soon) looking forward to seeing him again in the near future when we get our hot water tank replaced! The sales rep who came to the house (Penny) really made this not very great. When Penny was at our house doing a walk-through to see what type of furnace we need. She sold us on a humidifier and an alternative to having a CV pipe on the ground into a drain. I assumed that was in the quote that we were given, and that would be happening day of. That wasn’t the case… that lack of communication between her & the service technician was very disappointing…
We definitely would’ve corrected this mistake, if we would’ve known. But we assumed in the quote that she gave us, everything that we discussed when she came to our house was in that quote. She also reassured us that the combustion would be relocated. That didn’t happen either. Very disappointing experience…“
