“We had Prince here today fixing my washing machine drain as it was leaking Prince repaired the drain line as it was to short and thought it was completed. Once we ran the machine to see if it working we still hade water come up the drain line. Prince then snaked it and we try one more time and this time no water coming up the drain line. Prince stay here through it all to make sure it was working. I feel that a 4.5 star is in order.“

“Once in a while you come across a company that cares. Jetco is one of those companies. They offered great service right from the start. They obviously take pride in their workmanship and do the job right the first time. Very reasonable prices and excellent efficient work. Sadly I had a bad experience with another company recently which made me lose faith in dealing with anyone. Thankfully I found out about Jetco and they restored my faith in mankind again. Afterwards showed me how to operate the controls, and tips for appropriate temperature settings for various hot water usage scenarios. He even checked and tightened nearby water valves for me. Fixed my leaky humidifier hose at no extra cost. The best service tech I have had over the years.“
