I called Hydro-Flo to come out to my rural property to check my water softener that was having an issue. I made the appointment on a Friday and they were able to send Landon out the following Friday to have a look. The week long wait for an appointment was not surprising considering the record rainfall we have had and how busy most plumbing companies have been. Landon arrived with his apprentice as scheduled and proceeded to identify, diagnose, and remedy the relatively minor issue quickly and efficiently. Had a technician come out on short notice during a water crisis in the basement utility room. The technician, Landon, was able to replace our busted sump pump, bundled the cords in a neat fashion, and very helpful in explaining the process. Would recommend using Hydro Flo along with requesting Landon as the technician.
With the rain the last 2 weeks we knew it would be hard to find somebody to either fix or replace our sump pump.
Hydroflow to the rescue!
They first came out to try to fix our float but are pump was 15 years old. They replaced it quickly, efficiently,
cleanly. Would highly recommend.
