We had them in two years ago when we purchased an a/c unit. We’ve been very happy with it and had family and friends buy with them on our recommendation. Yesterday we had Mark out to inspect the a/c as something seemed off. He was able to call me beforehand when I needed more information, was very thorough, and gave us some advice. Although the problem seemingly disappeared, he took a detailed report in case we need them back out.

The service technician came to do a furnace diagnostic and maintenance on our furnace. He told us what part was needed, He came back to install it. Sahdiik was very professional and courteous.

Our furnace broke down on Friday night of Family day weekend. We bought some space heaters and prepared to go without heat until Tuesday. But Legacy was able to send a tech on Saturday morning. Luckily they had the part in stock and were able to fix our furnace right away! The technician was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I forget his name but he took the time to explain things well to us and went over all our different options, without any pressure. He really made us feel at ease with what could have been a very stressful predicament.
