Top notch timely service. Got my furnace replaced the next day after it failed in a brutal cold snap. They even took my old one away! I have a renovation company in edmonton and will be using them from now on for all my projects. Thanks again Kris and their field techs.
Requested a service call for a thermostat that had literally gone bananas - one minute the furnace was running and the next the A/C was running with outside temp of -8C. An experienced tech arrived that morning and confirmed the thermostat was toast. He gave me replacement options and explained the functions of each. He installed the thermostat, went through the programming with me and patiently answered my questions.
We reached out to Otto with a difficult job - retrofitting a zoning system into our house to deal with a very cold second floor. I'm in awe of the impressive sheet metal work that was done and the creativity needed make this job happen, including somehow (magic?!) getting every upstairs heat run onto the upstairs zone without removing any drywall. The difference in the comfort of our house is incredible. I'm sure this was far from the easiest or most profitable job the team has ever undertaken, but they never wavered for a second. The folks at Otto are good people and consummate professionals, and when they say they are the leaders in zoning, you'd better believe it!
