Travis Grey, Friesen's Climate Control installed a Rheem water tank. Great service friendly, professional and fast. Travis laid covering over the floor and stairs and cleaned up all the debris before he left. The water tank was ordered on Monday from Home Depot and installed on Tuesday. Thanks Travis, great service.
I had an issue with the furnace at our rental property. Freisen’s was able to dispatch someone to diagnose and resolve the issue within a few hours. Great, responsive service at a reasonable cost. My go to place for HVAC.
Friesen's installed my furnace and AC about 18 months ago. That was a solid experience all around, with clear pricing and a good explanation of my options.I had an unexpected issue with the furnace today, and had an exceptional repair tech (Kevin) out in a few hours. There were some complications with parts for the repair that strictly speaking were not Friesen's fault, but Kevin went above and beyond to find a solution that had us working before the afternoon was out.It was very clear that taking care of their customers was their number one priority.
