Elie came to my house from Weiss Johnson and was extremely knowledgable,efficient, friendly and courteous. he arrived on time and was very thorough and explained everything that he was doing while examining the furnace. He has excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Weiss Johnson. Best company in town.

March 01/24 (2 new furnaces - new location):I just had WJ install two furnaces in my new (to me) home that we recently moved in to. I went with the same brand of furnace as last time (Daikin) as I feel they have the best warranty in the industry. One furnace is a single-stage furnace and the other is a modulating furnace. I love the Daikin One+ thermostat, too. The installers that came out (Supreet and Gaurav) did a bang-on job installing these furnaces. I was totally in their face, at times, watching (not micro-managing them, I just enjoy watching the work getting done). They kept asking me if I had any questions. Great service. Elie gave me a heads up before coming. Very professional and quick. Resolved my issue and waited till he was 100% sure it was fixed. Much appreciate the service!Highly recommend Weiss Johnson.
