With the crazy amount of rain we've been having, my sump pump decided it was too much to handle. I contacted a few plumbing companies and I was so excited to talk with an actual human at gentleman pros. We set up the appointment... on Canada day no less. I was given the plumbers name and credentials. Upon meeting Conrad, he saw the issue, talked about how we would proceed. During the entire time Conrad was here, he would check in with me for any updates. Conrad is very knowledgeable, and thorough. Securing the cords, giving me helpful information to assist me going forward. I'll be sure to call again if there is ever another plumbing issue.
