Richfield technician was very professional, courteous and performed all required repairs quickly and efficiently to our entire satisfaction. Had another great experience with Richfield P&H this week.Taylor came out and provided top notch service. My hot water tank, air exchange and furnace are 5 years old. He mentioned about the water softener system we have and while it is great for many reasons, you do need to be aware of what it can do a bit quicker to the tank itself if you do not pay attention and service the system.He did a great job on the furnace explaining what he was doing or going to do as he went along.Preventative Maintenance goes a long way to save you in the end.
