ProSolutions was a breeze to deal with. My furnace failed during the night and I received a call from ProSolutions first thing in the morning. Shortly after that, Ryan arrived to diagnose the issues. Ambrose, Hunter and Tyson arrived shortly after that and installed my new furnace. Within a 12h window of having my old furnace die in the middle of the night, I had a new furnace installed and running thanks to this team. This is critical in Alberta winters to have furnace issues dealt with quickly. ProSolutions showed up and delivered.
I had been told by another company that my air conditioner was not worth repairing and would require a new one for $7000. ProSolutions came out, determined that the repair was quite manageable and did it that day for a reasonable fee. On the next hot 30 degree day, I was so grateful for the service I received. Hunter and Ambrose just left .They replaced my furnace in record time . So friendly and efficient. If you need furnace replacement or repair I would recommend these two and no other!!!
