I had a furnace to repair and Kang was amazing - professional, clean, courteous and excellent work. Then I had Adam come to chat about heat pumps. I had already done my homework but wanted to hear what he had to say as I appreciated the service thus far. He was awesome, spent the time answering questions, sharing information freely and not in a condescending manner. He explained the costs related and provided me with options and left me to make my own decision without being pushy. Fabulous experience and I would highly recommend Trust Home Comfort. Need a heat pump ask for Adam. Need a furnace fix ask for Kang.

Very happy with this company. Steve went above and beyond answering my questions...and I had many, being a senior and inexperienced with the procedure.He was calm and patient and reasuring.And it all came about exactly as he proposed.Very happy to recomend this company.Thank you to all. Even installing on the coldest, windiest day of this year!!

Steve came out for an initial assessment to install a heat pump as part of the government rebate - he explained everything very clearly and simply and made the process super easy. He patiently & expertly answered any questions I had over text and never once pressured me to make the sale. The install team came right on time on the scheduled date and got to work right away. I appreciated that they laid out mats to keep my house clean; their workmanship was top notch and they completed the install earlier than quoted with no hiccups.
