I was very grateful to have Mr Rooter respond to my emergency sewer backup issue. The plumber, Keltie was very patient, knowledgeable, and was willing to answer all my questions on next steps or find answers for me. Thanks Keltie for owning and resolving my issue.
Ty and Christian were very knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure to deal with.
Ryan Doering provided a service call to clean a bathroom sink. He was on time and went over the options for service. He was very professional and provided excellent service. The only complaint I have was the cost of a part he needed to replace.
