“We ordered two services from this company. The first was carpet cleaning followed by furnace cleaning one week later. The carpet cleaner, Rob, took a lot of pride in his workmanship. Based on my past experience with several carpet cleaning companies (the more well known ones), he took longer to do the job and really gave the rough spots a thorough cleaning. We had two people (Mike and Kyle) clean the furnace, vents, and dryer vents. They also installed a new furnace filter. Like the carpet cleaner, they were very diligent and took pride in their work. Overall, from arranging the appointment through to job completion, we were very happy with the jobs they did. I've no issue recommending their services.“

“We chose Hydro Flo because they were the first company to assure us that they could provide parts to keep our 32 year old furnace operating. Several other companies were telling us that our furnaces were not viable and needed to be replaced. Our decision was confirmed when Hydro Flo had to replace a noisy fan motor. When issues remained, Hydro Flo returned and resolved the issue with no further cost. Thank you, Hydro Flo. I’m keeping you on speed dial!“

I had already done my homework but wanted to hear what he had to say as I appreciated the service thus far. Before you go with other companies, consider the fact you probably have to pay a ridiculous diagnostic fee before paying an even higher marked up parts and labour fee. None of that when you go with Matt. Would 100% recommend you go with BTU Heating. Very knowledgeable and skilled person!“
