Received prompt professional service right from the start…… we were lucky to be able to have the service the following morning as the week was booked up already. We received a text saying the cleaning technician was scheduled to arrive between 10:30 am - 12:30 pm and he arrived at 10:30 am! He was very pleasant and offered good advice. We are pleased with the cleaning.
Had 2 love seats and an armchair + ottoman cleaned and was a great experience. Roberto showed up early, explained all the options clearly, and was very friendly and efficient throughout. Everything was thoroughly cleaned and treated.
Fantastic experience! Mark was extremely resourceful and efficient, tackling every detail with care and even going beyond what I anticipated. My carpets look amazing, and his professionalism truly stood out. I highly recommend him.
