If I could rate 50 stars, I would. We have had Romaniuk out to service our furnace and AC before but yesterday was truly exceptional. Kal came out yesterday to perform annual service on our AC unit and to say he went above and beyond doesn’t capture how amazing he is. He made sure I understood everything about the unit and system, and took the time to answer all my questions. He was incredibly friendly and super thorough. I will be requesting he comes out to perform all our maintenance in the future. 11/10 service.
