“Our furnace stopped blowing air and was giving off a burning smell. We decided to go with Third Coast because of the reviews and we definitely did not regret that choice. They came to the house right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace up and running faster than I would have predicted. They were very upfront about pricing for a repair. Our unit is pretty old; they were honest about how much life it had left but there wasn’t pressure to immediately replace it. I would highly recommend Third Coast for your furnace needs. We will be keeping them in mind for when the time comes to replace the old furnace.“

“They listen when answering the phone… like they have the time to listen and then assign technicians and pass along clear data about customer issue… always a good starting point. They provided same day response and the assigned technician called me 25 minutes in advance to confirm appointment and that someone would be on site. David came to the door with all his tools and reconfirmed issue with heating system, then started checks on the system, then he thoroughly checked out the controls, pumps and boiler operation and found an error code coming up. He fixed and adjusted pumps so the system was running properly and error free. David listened how we ran our system (at a small church) and provided guidance on our operations of heating system.
