I contacted 3 different companies starting with the company who installed my original Boiler and had been servicing it for the past 15 years. I will not name the competitors but I will say Heating and Cooling Drs was by far the best option. What set them apart was their quick response, professional approach and real true pricing. I never felt like i was being sold. I did my own research and the Boiler they installed happens to be one of the best Boilers on the market. They came to the house right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace up and running faster than I would have predicted. They were very upfront about pricing for a repair. Our unit is pretty old; they were honest about how much life it had left but there wasn’t pressure to immediately replace it. I would highly recommend Third Coast for your furnace needs. We will be keeping them in mind for when the time comes to replace the old furnace.“

“I've been using D & M since I bought my house 2 1/2 years ago. Tim's been coming out biannually for routine maintenance/cleaning of my furnace and A/C and has been consistently professional, prompt, and friendly. I very much appreciate the advice he offers (some of it's even regular home advice...things I didn't know, since this is my first home. He doesn't have to tell me these things, but he goes above and beyond) and his thorough explanations, since he has to break it down for me. I also appreciated last year's forewarning about my most likely needing a new furnace this year, so it didn't come as an unforseen expense. The guys just left a bit ago from installing it today, and they were also very professional and courteous. And last, but not least, the ladies in the the office are always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. That said, I highly recommend D & M.

Update (7/10/26): It wouldn't allow me to leave a new review, so I'm adding to this one, years later. I'm still with D &M, receiving the same, consistent service. My A/C was no longer blowing cold air, so I called this a.m. to see if anyone could come out. I was given the 12:30-4:30 time slot, but possibly earlier. I was fully prepared to need a new unit, but Tim got here, found that it was just the capacitor, and had it replaced just before noon. I've always appreciated their timeliness, professionalism, and HONESTY. Thanks, Tim amd D & M!“
