“I was highly pleased with the service I received from O & W Heating and Cooling and Furnace. Based on the evaluation we did ahead of time, we knew we were going to need a replacement water heater. My water heater stopped working on Saturday and because it was the Memorial Day weekend, we waited until Tuesday to contact somebody. My husband, my kids, and I were all very much over cold showers and ready to have a new water heater installed quickly. Not only were they able to accommodate my same day request that Tuesday, but they arrived sooner than what they originally advised. I wanted to add a whole house humidifier. Done. My wife has terrible allergies, so I added a UV purification unit. They make it easy to meet my needs.

“We chose D&M because of others we know who speak very highly of them. We also like the fact that they are, in our opinions, truthful and honest. We started with Tim Silva who inspected the unit (19 years old) and he indicated that the burners were rusted. We decided to replace the unit rather than put more money into it. We were put on the schedule and Jaime and Elijah, the service techs arrived to do the work. They were very courteous and got right to work. They did an excellent job, including cleanup, and explained everything about the furnace and answered any and all questions. These guys make you feel comfortable that they are the ones replacing your furnace. We highly recommend D & M Heating and Air Conditioning.

Just to add, a few weeks ago D & M sent a technician named Zach to see if our AC needed replacing. He was polite and knowledgeable and to me, the most important part........honest. Although our AC is old he said it was performing within the normal ranges for ACs and that a new unit was not needed at this time. I'm betting that with other places the recommendation would be that an AC replacement was needed seeing as they just replaced the furnace. Thanks Zach and thanks D & M. When it's time for a new unit I will be calling you guys to put one in.“

“Our furnace stopped blowing air and was giving off a burning smell. We decided to go with Third Coast because of the reviews and we definitely did not regret that choice. They came to the house right away, diagnosed the problem, and had the furnace up and running faster than I would have predicted. They were very upfront about pricing for a repair. Our unit is pretty old; they were honest about how much life it had left but there wasn’t pressure to immediately replace it. I would highly recommend Third Coast for your furnace needs. We will be keeping them in mind for when the time comes to replace the old furnace.“

Usually I get a technician in the next day for a service call, but not making any promises for them: that’s just my experience.Multiple calls have been completely paid for with freezer/fridge warranty coverage, so that’s awesome they do that follow-through for the customer. Their pricing is a little below average for the market otherwise for service calls.Technicians are knowledgeable and very nice. Very quick and efficient when I have seen them at work.Understand that they have a receptionist who takes the initial call, and then you will get a call from their repair manager. People are mean on these reviews. Quality kitchen refrigeration and HVAC isn’t ever going to be cheap, people!“
