Just had our furnace checked for the winter by Carlos. He is very knowledgeable and also a very nice and polite man. Put his paper boots on immediately upon entering the house plus didn’t have any issues with our bernedoodle saying hello. He gave a rundown of what he would do and started checking the thermostat right away. Once down at the unit he explained everything he would do, changed our filter and answered all questions in a way we were sure to understand.
