“I can’t speak for the quality of work. I had Marv, a salesman for the company take a look at my roof after completing his inspection on my next door neighbors. No appointment, just glad to help. After his inspection, he put a couple of small tarps down on my roof and proceeded to tell me that the roof looked great. I needed a couple of top caps and a few other spots had cosmetic damage. He could have easily pushed a new roof and with insurance behind him that would have been the easy money route. It could have been a long drawn out battle with the insurance company. “I had significant water damage when my hot water heater leaked between the original and new flooring in my condo kitchen (no basement). Because there was no indication of a leak until it started to come up thru the new flooring, it must have been days and caused a lot of damage to walls also. The first two days Michael and Gavin came in to detect all areas of damage - walls, floor etc. This is a very stressful situation and both of them handled everything very professionally, answering my questions, removing flooring, placing dehumidifiers and air cleaning machines, removing necessary items from my kitchen and everything was done according to my wishes and satisfaction. They came back a few days later to make sure everything was dry and removed the machines and assured me that everything was dry for the next procedure of closing walls. Ryan was always there when I called, came in with another person to remove walls and cupboards as needed and left me know when they were coming and quickly set up appointments with the plumber and dry waller and left me know what the next steps would be. I can't praise this company and employees enough! They all worked together to make this situation less stressful and very reassuring that all will be well again?“
