Another great experience with Aire Serv today. Always very friendly and knowledgeable, easy to schedule too. Ian was a very detailed and thorough technician, and took care going through all of the work that was completed along with recommendations for efficiency and cost savings.

Our furnace failed just as the temperature was dipping into the negative teens. How did we know? Carbon monoxide alarm! Within an hour of our 911 call and a thorough inspection by Western Lakes Fire department, Doug Schmidt arrived (on a Sunday morning, no less!), had our problem diagnosed, made a recommendation, and personally installed our new furnace by noon the next day. Because of his timely response and expertise, we were able to stay in our home (although it did get pretty chilly for a minute) and are now toasty warm with a MUCH quieter furnace and no worries about CO poisoning!
