I had water damage to my condo unit. A company I originally had come out to do the repairs completely screwed everything up bad enough that I had to stay at a hotel. I called Giertsen and they got me back in my unit that same day. Patrick, Derek, Phil and Brad all went above and beyond, were consistently on time and provided great communication. I always knew when they were coming, what they were going to do and what they accomplished. My place looks better now than when I purchased it. Thank you!Services: Flooring

I contacted Giertsen to assist with a water issue related to a pipe break. I was able to reach someone easily (even on a major holiday), and they responded very quickly. They came with a team that was knowledgeable and with a full complement of equipment to address the issue. They cleaned up the space, dried it out, and returned to check on the space before removing their equipment. They work well with insurance companies and would definitely use them again!
