On the night of MLK Day - and the Miami v. Indiana college football game - my boiler went belly up. I tried to grit it out with my fireplace & 1 space heater, but the temperature in my house just kept dropping. I ended up calling Dave Perry's emergency number and got Andrew. He was at my house within 40 minutes. He went straight to work, determined the issue, drove to their office to see if they had the part. They did not, so he brought back 4 space heaters to get us through the night. The next day, Andrew and Dane worked off/on until 6 PM, to make sure my heat was functioning properly. While our 35 yo A/C was still running, we didn't want to temp fate and decided to replace it and our 15 yo gas furnace. A friend in the construction business recommended Dave Perry HVAC and Armstrong HVAC equipment. Dane came out to our home and provided us two options to replace the entire HVAC system. The new system was light-years ahead of what we had. The new gas furnace and heat pump, and humidifier coupled with the state-of-the-art ComfortSync thermostat will provide us with comfortable indoor comfort for a long time.
