They were on time. Cleaned up after install of both furnace and air conditioner. Explained what they did and how it all works. Price was reasonable. From sales rep to installers very polite. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

We couldn't be happier with D&J out of Mukwonago! We had them combine 2 inefficient, old HVAC systems in our home into 1 incredibly efficient and quiet system. We had new ducting run, a zoning system installed, and new furnace and AC units installed. From the sales person to the installation techs to the office staff to the service guys, everyone is easy to work with, knowledgeable, and kind. We had our existing furnace and air conditioner replaced, added a garage heater and a new zone to the house. They did a fantastic job. The technicians were extremely professional and pleasant to have around. Rugs were put down to contain the amount of dirt tracked in, floors were cleaned up. He even tightened the sliding door handle which was loose so they wouldn’t break it accidentally. The job took a couple of days due the scope and they communicated with us every evening, updating us on the progress, asking if we had any questions.
