kim's the best idc. she's dyed my hair twice now and both times i've been a little unsure of what i want but she knew immediately what would look good on my and my hair felt so so good after and this last time i went from blonde to dark burnette and i was super unsure bc i loved the blonde but the burnette is the PERFECT shade

Took my 5yo son for a kids cut with Justine and Im positive she will be our new go-to! Environment was clean and easy to find. My son sat so well for his cut, I was surprised! This was the first time my 6 year old son was really specific about a haircut he wanted— ended up describing a burst fade/ modern mullet situation, with a lightning bolt above his ear. It is SO fitting for his curly, dark hair. Now if he loses those front teeth he’s being working on wiggling, he’ll really fit the hockey player look this ice season! THANK YOU, MADDY! I’m a dude so I don’t complain that easily and my policy is if the hair doesn’t look great buzz it off it will always grow back.
I’ve had pretty much a different girl every time I go every single one of them have been good. I like that I can just walk in and get a time or call. They always have spots available for the most part.

I look forward to coming here, because the young ladies working there make it such a welcoming experience. The beds are always clean, as well as the salon. But lately the music selection has been disappointing. It seems we’ve been downgraded to the radio? It’s not very enjoyable to spend my 12 minute tan, listening to 8 minutes of radio commercials. Maybe I’m the only one, but bringing back the streaming music, would really make my time at the salon more enjoyable!
Spectacular experience! This was my first time visiting. I’ve tried a lot of nail salons in Eau Claire, and I had taken a break from getting them done because I was tired of being disappointed. It was a clean and quiet salon. Lunai greeted me at the door and helped pick out the perfect color to match the inspo picture I had. She had great attention to detail when doing my gel manicure. I feel very confident this manicure will hold up. I’ll definitely be returning. Very reasonable prices too.
Requested style: I was able to share my nail idea with my nail tech when I booked online so she had an idea of what I was looking for before I arrived.

I’ve had my nails done here like 2-3 times now. I don’t think I’m going to be going anywhere else. I’ve been to other places and they don’t last longer than 6-10 days. They also didn’t want to take the acrylic off on a few nails that were lifting bc it takes too long. Tyler has done my nails the last 2 times and has taken great care of them. He’s an amazing artist! So far they have been lasting! He’s slayed every design I’ve asked for. This last time I let him do what he wanted. He didn’t disappoint at all! Will upload pics in comments.
I would like to start by saying that the set of nails that I got did turn out beautiful. I would like to add that I was not pleased with the attitude of the person that did my nails. I said several times to the very kind man that answered the phone when I called to see if they had an appointment available and the technician that did my nails that it was my first time ever having my nails done, and despite that the technician seemed very annoyed with my body language. Telling me several times to relax my shoulders, to not hold my hands the way that I was, to not move my fingers like I was, and then with an irritated tone told me to just watch TV and not pay attention to him. I did not personally think that I was doing anything with my hands or shoulders, I was trying to be as relaxed as possible. I also tried to do the things that he was asking me to do while he was doing my nails, I was by no means trying to not do things that were helpful for him. It ended up being a very awkward situation for me where I basically felt like I was being put in the corner but also paying for a service. I would likely will not come back to this place because of that and if I choose to have my nails done again after this I will be going somewhere where I will feel more comfortable paying someone for a service and treated like a customer rather than a child. I don't need to be spoiled or catered to but feel like in any service industry job where you are caring for someone else they do deserve your respect and I do not feel like I received that. I was just treated like money and then sent off.

I had my brows micro bladed by Shelia, prior to having my brows done they were very translucent, Shelia did a great job picking a color that matches my hair color and mapped them perfectly. She took the time to explain everything, she made sure I was happy with them and included the touch up for free. She did a fantastic job, the final result is amazing, I love them so much. Shannon and everyone at Old North is great! Very responsive to emails or messages. I was able to get in the next day after discussing design via email. He was very insightful in helping with my ideas letting me know what would not work best vs what might not age well. This is my second from Shannon and I love it. Had to go back because I get so many compliments on my first, which looks so crisp and new still like a brand new tattoo. We had an A/C coil freeze up and reached out to Hurlburt for assessment and Jared discovered that it was low on refrigerant due to most likely an unidentified leak and was temporarily able to get us back up and running. We had Dave B to our home to install a new furnace and A/C the following week. Due to some miscommunication the incorrect furnace was brought out. Dave B continued to work and not let it deter him from his job. Dave B was professional (along with his technician assisting - did not catch his name), courteous and knowledgeable and had all of the correct equipment up and functioning that evening. Terrific Job by both Dave B and his technician!!
They were very respectful of our 110 year home. Found the leak without cutting through the walls. I will be calling them again to do a few more updates.
I was told by a contractor that if I could get this job done by a plumber for under $600 that would be good. The first two quotes I got were for $850 and $650. Ryan Plumbing did it for less than $200! I was very impressed with how fast Austin was and everything was done very well. He even did a couple extra things we asked for when he arrived that wasn't in the original plan. This will be our go-to plumbing option in the future.

My wife thought she smelled something with light on. We called East Hill the young tech who came with his trainee was very professional and looked at light wiring couldn't smell anything we had any other issues!
I was absolutely flabbergasted by how quickly I was given an appointment, I thought it would take a while for somebody to come see us for some outlets that were not working in my new home. But Irv and Jason took care of the problem immediately, I was seen within an hour. They were both so friendly and also helped me take care of the heating element on my stove even though that's not in their jurisdiction. Jason also explained to me what was going on with our electrical issues and my stove like a human being instead of like a child which I really appreciated, he's a really great service tech. While I don't hope to, if we have any electrical issues in the future we will definitely be reaching out to them.

I had a house fire on December 2 serve pro was supposed to clean my ducts never. I got recommended by Jeremy bluem to call set up an appointment I did. Josh and Connor came out and honestly saved us from breathing in all the smoke and dust burned particles they were absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Advanced. From the beginning, getting my carpet cleaned was a hassle for them. On the first appointment, their tech was ill, so we rescheduled. After that, we had to reschedule twice because of things happening with me. The last one was a 2 o’clock appointment that I had to cancel at 10:30. She had no problem doing it, and was very pleasant to work with. When the tech came to the house, he saw that even though I had vacuumed, it wasn’t good enough. He got down on his hands and knees and did it right. Mind you, he had to work around the furniture that I couldn’t move. When he was done, it was like night and day. The carpet looks to be brand new. I absolutely give a 5 star rating.
AMK has been great so far as we have gotten started with them. The team is always so kind and thoughtful as they are here. I get so excited on our cleaning days knowing I will becoming home to a clean house that I didn’t have to do myself.

The choices, options, and flexibility to create our own dream home was excellent and easy, even though we were not deeply experienced at designs. In addition when we got close, we saw extraordinary effort to meet the calendar. From the start, Steve and Jacob were responsive and even met us late in the day on more than one occasion and were flexible to our estimated schedule. We are very grateful and look forward to being a part of this beautiful community which Wurzer Builders created.

We have used Total Pest Control for years for pest control at the properties I manage. Dustin is friendly, extremely knowledgable, reliable, easy to reach, and does fantastic work. We worked with another big name pest control company in the past and had many issues, but have had zero with Dustin. He is great to work with, and extremely quick to respond to service calls. His work is effective, quick, and safe. Highly recommend!
The service tech was great. The inspection inside the house he was very helpful in locating for signs of entry for the (mice) we found what he thought was the entry and we sealed it off. He checked the outside around the house as well. Overall A+ on the service.

Our lawn looks great this year. I credit this to RainMaster Lawn Systems. Their technicians are excellent and their recommendations are excellent. Over the past few years I have found that listening to their advice is the best approach. They do know what they are doing and they do not apply treatments they do not feel are necessary.
We have a lot of pine trees. I used to think I would never be able to grow grass so much pine in the yard, but, with RainMaster I have been able to get excellent results despite having so many pine trees. I highly recommend them.
Anthony and his team were top tier. Anthony was very knowledgeable and took his time answering our many questions and truly wanted us to love our end result- and we do! They all worked really hard and put a lot of care into the space they created for us. Highly recommend this company.
We have used Patriot Lawn for all our lawn care and landscaping needs over the years. They do such beautiful and quality work and the best pet is they actually clean up after they have done a job-unlike other landscaping companies we have used in the past. Nothing but a positive experience with AFD and all their staff so far. Professional, friendly, and caring. Any issues I’ve had were quickly resolved. I feel confident that they will take care of me there. Had a crown replaced and they were very thorough with the whole process. At 38 years old, I was dealing with constant lower back pain, among other aches, pains, and tension. Constant pain throughout the day and even struggling to get out of bed in the morning. I had been seeing a different chiropractor, monthly (sometimes more) along with regular deep tissue massages for well over a year with no relief. I needed a change; I was so tired of being in constant pain.
I initially sought out Dr. Judy because of her functional approach, but after just my first adjustment, I realize her knowledge and expertise are on a completely different level than any other chiropractor I have ever been to. She’s not just “adjusting bones”, she’s working with my nervous system. With time, she has helped release so much pent-up tension that I didn’t even realize my body was holding onto for years.

I brought my dog to Ark animal hospital due to my older dog having issues with itching. They were very patient with my temperamental dog and treated him very kindly. I also had my toddler with me and the receptionist was so sweet and brought my daughter some highlighters and pictures to color with while we waited for the test. I will be going to this vet clinic from here on out. I am more than happy with my experience and highly recommend Ark animal hospital.
Our cat Katie was treated with care and compassion, Dr Haider was knowledgeable and answered our questions. And we never felt rushed.
They're very friendly and take good care of my animals and have good communication. One time when bringing my pup into the vet they were traffic controlling the pups in the area for an aggressive dog and they kept not only the aggressive pup a comfortable distance from other dogs but communicated to me and other pet owners what was going on.
My kitten needed a foreign object removed from her stomach, they were fast and kind.
Whiskey and Rye had another amazing haircut at Dazzle...and they smell so good! They both love going to Dazzle and always get the best care and most awesome hair cuts. Karen is knowledgeable about dog hair types and growth (who knew) and knows how to address the change from puppy hair to adult hair and keeps them both in tip top shape. Absolutely the best in the business and has a loving personality the pups adore!

Just took my one year old corgi Moose there yesterday for a de shed bath and my fiancé and I are beyond happy with outcome. He’s only been groomed professionally one other time and he was extremely stressed out the last time we picked up and scabbed up all over. That was absolutely not the case here. He’s so soft and shiny, his paw pads are clean and trimmed back, his ears are so clean, his nails are trimmed back and grinded down nicely, and he did not seem scared at all or overly stressed like the last time we picked him up from another place. He also SMELLS SO NICE! He desperately needed this for all the shedding he does so we are beyond grateful and will definitely be back!
We’re new to owning a dog that needs grooming. The ladies at The Grooming Hut took the time to walk us through what they’d be doing and how to care for Brodie’s coat at home. They were very kind…I’m glad we chose them for Brodie’s care!
Maggie the groomer is amazing. This is the first facility in 12 year with Chloe I have ever continued to go to.
Chloe has seizures, anxiety and depression along with pancreatitis and now bone spurs in her neck that are very painful and Maggie is loving and patient and does a wonderful job.
This means the world to me. Chloe wasn’t supposed to live past one and here she is 12 and she is my precious angel.

I have been going for about a month and really enjoy the studio, very much looking forward to the new one opening because it gets a bit cramped by the weights after class. The instructors are all wonderful that I’ve had- very welcoming environment. Each one has their own individual style they apply to the sculpt classes so although I only attend sculpt, I still get some variety. Other than that, I love sculpt because the times work well for my schedule but I wish there were Pilates classes available in the evening hours as well for those who work 8-5! I’m hoping to try some more of the “calming” classes eventually too but right now, I feel sculpt/Pilates classes are best for my goals!
Great place regardless of your skill level . They work with you at your level and at your pace.
Daughter (7) is doing the intro to circus and loving it. It is a really neat trial experience where each week the kids get to try something the studio has to offer. I can't wait to see what she decides to pursue. It's a nice studio space with a mudroom, bathroom, and comfortable waiting area aside from the activity spaces.
I was really sore in my upper back and shoulders and was desperate for relief. I was able to book a session the next day. Lori was incredibly attentive and relieved many of the painful knots I had in my upper back and shoulders that I couldn’t for the life of me relieve at home. She took the time to educate me and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She also relieved tension in my neck that I had no idea was there! It was a great experience in a very clean and calming facility. Will 100% be returning in the future and recommending to friends and family.
Although I couldn’t make the appointment work for my schedule this time. I will DEFINITELY be booking a session next time I’m in the area. Roseann was extremely prompt at getting back to me and accommodating at working me in her schedule. Looking forward to meeting her next time I’m in Eau Claire.

Had a great massage here today! Very professional and relaxing. My only tip would be getting a new massage bed it wobbled a bit so I worried a as it rocked back and forth during the massage. Otherwise would definitely recommend and will be back.
