Rachel is amazing and so talented! She is working with our 1-year-old puppy Leah who’s had hard grooming experiences in the past. Rachel has put in so much time working with her in the bath and with the scary hairdryer; she's getting a little more comfortable with it each time. I don’t know where we’d be without Rachel's help – she is so good with our pup!

Love this place! Such great staff and always willing to work with your schedule. Never had problems with planning at all. Staff is great. The environment is awesome. I have gone to this place 5 times, and it has not failed me. I would strongly recommend it! Book early, the spots fill up fast.

Rachel is awesome with our fur baby, Mylee! She has been grooming Mylee for 10+ years. Mylee is very comfortable with Rachel and always comes home looking beautiful. Recently, Rachel offered to board Mylee while we were out of the country on vacation. Rachel sent us messages, photos and videos while we were gone of Mylee at “camp”. We are always very happy with all of the services Rachel has provided over the years and recommend her to everyone looking for pet services in the Chippewa Valley.
