I am obsessed with the Yoga Room. I love having the options of classes. I wanted a more intense class when I started here. Sculpt was perfect for me but I learned to love the calmer yoga classes as well. This place has changed me for the better. I am thankful for all the great instructors here. ❤️

The Yoga Room is a wonderful oasis of joy and peace. Wendy and the team provide an exceptional yoga experience to EC. Stretch and build muscle, balance and meditate all within an hour. Fabulous variation in yoga classes and unique teaching styles. I’ve practiced yoga for nearly 20 years and they are the best studio and service I have found.

I am so happy to have found this place. I just moved here and with work we tried a class. After the class I knew it was what my body needed. I joined a membership and it has paid off. Within one month I can feel the changes in my body. I switch between sculpt classes and then do slow and stretchy for recovery. I can modify if needed and they make you feel so welcome. I recommend giving this place a try. Even if you are very beginner, I know I still am!
