Devon was very professional and respectful. He called me while in transit to my house and was prompt with his arrival time. He was knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining details of the task at hand. When he finished the job he called again to let me know how everything went and provided carpet drying details. Can't say enough good things about this young man and job he did. We will definitely be using him again in the future.

Devon did a wonderful job explaining what he was doing checking for pet stains and treating them, Chem Master did change my appointment time due to a conflict but it worked out, Carpet looks great
