Randi was amazing! I had the 90 minute massage- and it was so worth it. She was kind and welcoming, and did a fantastic job with the massage. She took her time to work on all the knots in my neck and back, and it was clear that she paid extra attention to where I needed it most. I would highly recommend her services.
My mom and I had Janel for our services, and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she made the experience so enjoyable. She was fun, comforting, and easy to talk to. We felt at ease throughout the entire session, and her positive energy made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommend her!!!
My sister and I had 90 minute therapeutic massages and the seasonal facial. Both Excellent! We also ordered the lunch which was $20 each. The lunch was overpriced for a salad and my sister had a sandwich. The Lotus Room does not allow electronics, but they had the scan code asking for a review in there? Also, no ice water was available. The water provided was warm. Add ice and maybe sliced fruit to slightly flavor it. Also, snacks could be added other than belvita crackers. I would also say that the cost for the massage should include the hot towels and essential oil. We were asked but not told there is additional charge for those.
