Prompt arrival by Drew, explained the process and willing to look at options for water source hookup in the assisted living facility. The work was completed in a timely fashion and was a very thorough cleaning job! I Would certainly use this company again! They come highly recommended.
First time using Steamatic. The completed cleaning of carpet was excellent. Drew the tech, sent text prior to his arrival and was very likeable and professional. After the job was complete he walked me around the house to show me the results. I would highly recommend Steamatic! Just normal carpet cleaning.
