We used Steamatics for water mitigation. Drew was our technician for the final clean up. He was very thorough and made sure multiple stains were eliminated and worked extra hard on our stairs to clean and refresh them. The whole house looks great. We couldn't be more pleased.

The scheduling coordinators are always pleasant and accommodating. When the steamers arrive they do a thorough walk through to assess the work needed, and are very conscientious and efficient. I’ve been using Steamatic for over 20 years and won’t switch!

In November of 2023 we called Steamatic in relation to a water heater leak at a rental property. Our first contact was with Jammi who was awesome to work with and told us how the process worked. Jake and his crew did an outstanding job getting everything cleaned up. Mike did a magnificient job dealing with the insurance/financial portion of our claim. Jesse and his crew did an excellent job getting the rental property back in tip-top shape. Thanks so much to the crew at Steamatic for handling everything and making this easy and stress free for us.
