Have been with this studio for 8years. The wealth of knowledge that you gain through your practice is amazing. The staff is nothing short of professional, polite, friendly and encouraging. LOVE the studio.

The best in town. Most people who review these places have only gone to one or two studios in the area. I've gone to the free yogas in the parks, lattitude 44, the yoga room, sky yoga, the one up by cherry berry, and what is offered at the ymca. In the wider region I've gone to Root Down in La Crosse, and one in Oshkosh I forget. I've done some yoga asanas in the army, did yoga at two different studios in Cairo, Egypt; and yoga in Varanasi, India. Sheri's studio is a must visit. They're all great, but I'd encourage folks to float around.
