I cannot thank the team at Oakwood Hills enough!
I called for a same-day urgent care visit because my dog, Jackson, had a painful ear infection. Jackson was in pain and can be reactive/nip when he’s hurting, but the staff was incredibly compassionate, patient, and gentle with him.
They took amazing care of Jackson, handled him with total safety and respect, and gave us a ton of helpful information.
You can completely trust this team.
The video shows why we took our dog to emergency vet. She was even worse the night before. I want to say they were very thorough and very kind. Our dog had Kennel cough from going into a doggy daycare for 6 hours while we were on vacation in the Dells. The staff here was awesome. No complaints here.
Amazing facility. We were quoted $1200-1500 for a laceration repair on my beagle. They were able to do it for half that amount and stay within my budget. They treated our beagle with amazing care, compassion, and empathy all day while he waited for his surgery. We will be back to bring our pets for normal care. Out of 20 places I called they were the only ones who had a same day appointment.
