Obviously you never WANT to be at the emergency vet. I was most definitely anxious and very, very irritated, yet everyone was still very patient and kind. I specifically want to say that Dr. Valerie is an angel. Her energy was so extremely calming, she was exactly the person we needed in that moment. I couldn't possibly come up with the right words to describe how wonderful she is. I just want to say THANK YOU!
Not even our regular vet or any around us took emergencies. These kind people did. They were helpful, kind, and patient even when it ended with our dog dying. The understanding and kindness the vet techs and vet showed us in our grief I'll be forever grateful for.
