I seen Dr Kelly, I had several fillings done at one time.after the numbing wore off my mouth was NOT sore at all .I am always so nervous about dental work but after my visit today, I feel at ease about my future appointments.

They always do a great job. The one thing that has became a pattern, which I find strange, is the language surrounding your visit. For example, stating to patients that it’s been awhile since we have seen you & you haven’t been in which is causing your inflammation, build up, etc…Some of us don’t live here anymore and schedule when we can…or have anxiety about coming to the dentist. I get that maybe there is some jargon and protocol I’m not aware of— like telling the doctor “she hasn’t been in for a long time” although I feel like I’m shamed for it. The receptionists do this every time to me…and honestly I find it strange & off putting.

I truly enjoyed my experience at OaKPark Dental. I have a real phobia when it comes to dental which kept me from going unless mandatory. Dr Emily and her team kept me calm and understood my reasons and have me set with a great plan for my dental. Thanks to both girls doing xray and being thorough. I appreciate you all.
