I was absolutely flabbergasted by how quickly I was given an appointment, I thought it would take a while for somebody to come see us for some outlets that were not working in my new home. But Irv and Jason took care of the problem immediately, I was seen within an hour. They were both so friendly and also helped me take care of the heating element on my stove even though that's not in their jurisdiction. Jason also explained to me what was going on with our electrical issues and my stove like a human being instead of like a child which I really appreciated, he's a really great service tech. After the storm took out my main on the side of the house, they came out and had it fixed incredibly fast. They were not only efficient but also some of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. Truly impressed with their service!
B&B came out and repaced some flashing on our 2 bathroom exhause fans. Technician was professional & efficient & friendly. And it was all covered by warranty. Thanks B&B Electric! I will recommend you to friends & family!
