“I really appreciate the effort made by my therapists to not only improve my problem but to obtain complete relief from pain. It was easy to do the follow up at home as exercises were put on an app on my phone which were super easy to follow.”
“I’ve been going to Brenda’s classes on and off for about 8 years now, but her small classes have got me hooked. I’m getting so much from them and can tell I’m getting stronger. She’s a great motivator and honestly cares. After decades (yes decades) of feeling exercise is a form of torture, I’m actually looking forward to her classes each week.”
“Have been with this studio for 8years. The wealth of knowledge that you gain through your practice is amazing. The staff is nothing short of professional, polite, friendly and encouraging. LOVE the studio.”
