Scott! I will start with he has probably been the Most professional serviceman that we have had the pleasure of working with! We have a multi-position door lock that malfunctioned in May. Scott came out to measure and order a new locking mechanism for us. I stumbled upon Tru-Lock by googling in my area, although over an hour away from our home. He mentioned he was compelled to help us out because there is not one Lock outfit around us that knew how to repair such a lock. All I can say is WOW! Tru Lock saved us Labor Day Friday evening. We were returning home from a camping trip towing a camper and stopped at the I94 rest stop. Upon return to the vehicle the key no longer turned despite efforts by 4 different people. An auto mechanic was unsuccessful. The locksmith arrived at 8PM in a well kept and labeled van which was basically a mobile locksmith workshop. He was very skilled and experienced and we were driving again in an hour with a refurbished lock cylinder and 2 new keys. He was great- very professional , polite and confident- sorry I don't recall his name
