The condensing unit for our heat pump stopped working. I got a hold of Honke who helped me about four years ago on another issue to request a service. I discovered A&E Heating took over the business since my last HVAC need. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and got me scheduled for a visit. She explained the service fee and what the technician would do, and the cost of any repair parts would be separate.Matt the technician shows up on the scheduled day to look at my system. Honke heating is no more and is changed with A & E plumbing and heating. For an inspection costed 195.00 from 129.00. It is no longer a family business. The owner passed and I am truly sorry.

Great employees and serviced a/c, serviceman inspected, cleaned, tested and charged it now cooling ever since. Enjoyed his company and insights shared. Paid bill in office to a very courteous young woman and she shared history of Honke Heating that I was reading on the news clippings in the office.It's not fun to be without a/c on hot August nights and Honke gets my continued business on doing the best for the customer.
