Reviews
I can’t recommend Expert Heating & Cooling enough! When our upstairs lost all AC airflow during heatwave, they prioritized our call and had us scheduled next-day. Their technician, James, was a true professional—he diagnosed the issue quickly, explained the repair in detail, and had our system blowing cold air again in no time. What really stood out was his friendliness and patience—he made sure we understood every step and even gave us tips to maximize efficiency.
Beyond James’ expertise, the company itself delivered quick service, fair upfront pricing (no hidden fees!), and genuine care for our comfort. In a world where great customer service feels rare, this team exceeded every expectation. If you need HVAC help, stop searching—call these guys!
Thank you so much for your help. Mitch was professional and caring in his approach to figuring out the strange issues our touchpad thermostat was presenting. He got it figured out so far has not happened again. Mitch was also happy to answer any questions I had.
