Experts installed a 3-zone mini split heat pump for us last summer. We received quotes from four companies, and spoke to each about the ideal setup for our house. We elected to hire Experts, as Kyle (Experts owner) seemed the most informed and communicative of the folks we spoke with, and raised several important considerations that had been overlooked by other companies. The install went very smoothly thanks to the hard work of two lead installers, both named Chris. All the necessary paperwork was also completed promptly (thanks again, Brittany). We recently had our first experience with Experts Heating & Cooling, and we are extremely satisfied with the service we received. Our technician, Ricky, was a true professional who went above and beyond to ensure our HVAC system was in top-notch condition. Overall, our first experience with Experts Heating & Cooling was a positive one, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ricky. Ricky is very knowledgeable in his field. He accessed the problem with our furnace being out & got us heat in an hour. He was honest & didn’t price gauge us. The receptionist was also very helpful. I highly recommend Experts Heating & Cooling!
