I discovered very quickly that Tyler Trimm is truly gifted at every plumbing and heating job he's done for us. We can't thank him enough for being "that guy" who always does the job well and who's always right present and solving our issues when something new needs immediate attention. I'm seeing quite plainly that Wolcott Services is the place for us!
I called these guys on the weekend during the winter storm (because our furnace was leaking) solely based on their high ratings on Google. They were friendly and the on-call person returned my call quickly. He even was willing to FaceTime with me to look at the situation he was seeing and honestly trouble shot with me what was likely going on. I was able to solve one of the problems on my own and then had them. back for something else that occurred not even as the result of the storm. Our tankless water heater was not working due to the inclement weather. One phone call from Wolcott helped us to get the water heater working again. Thank you so much for the prompt return call and helping us fix our tankless water heater. You guys are the best!!
