They also figured out a mini-split problem quickly, and Kurt helped decide on the right, lower cost option, solving it in under 2 hours. They gave a fair price on a great unit and prioritized installation when an old furnace failed, leaving customers no heat during sub-freezing temps, with the old furnace out and new furnace installed in less than 24 hours. Outstanding experience with these guys! They were at my home on time, ready for action, and figured out the problem quickly. My mini-split problem had a couple possible solutions, Kurt helped me decide on the right way to go - which also was the lower cost option. The problem was solved in under 2 hours!
