“The condensing unit for our heat pump stopped working. I got a hold of Honke who helped me about four years ago on another issue to request a service. I discovered A&E Heating took over the business since my last HVAC need. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and got me scheduled for a visit. She explained the service fee and what the technician would do, and the cost of any repair parts would be separate.Matt the technician shows up on the scheduled day to look at my system. He was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He identified the issue quickly and was able to make the repair immediately. When finished he walked me through the paperwork, which is all electronic now. “In March, my husband and I hired Brent and his team to build a new back patio cover when our old aluminum one received damage in the winter storm earlier this year.Brent came out, worked on a quote and sent it to us a few weeks later.
