This company offers great services and has taken good care of my furnace needs. On multiple occasions I have had them manufacture many different specialty parts and they come out perfect every time

I was concerned that my mom's clothes dryer was not vented correctly. The dryer is about 20 feet from the outside wall, & the vent (one of those flexible plastic tubes, which can clog or come loose) runs under the house. I did not care to go under there if it could be avoided, but I thought we'd need a rigid metal duct fabricated to fit our situation; someone would have to go under the house, measure, & come back to install the completed duct. I called Viking Heating & Mechanical. Viking sent Matt, who listened to my explanation then suited up & went under the house. He showed me photos of the plastic tube, which sure enough had come loose - and he found a metal duct...read full review
