“5 star people, product and service! I want to thank Taylor Heating & A/C for their perfect timing of my installation of my new standby generator! Everyone has been wonderful! Ryan came out to do my bid and oversee the project, Claudia has been my goto gal in the office, Aaron and Tyler came out to do the electrical and install and Alex did the gas work. It was signed off today and when i came home from grocery shopping we heard the generator running, the power had been out due to the winds and my home was powered and warm! “I received a coupon in the mail for a furnace check up for $59.00 so I thought that was a real good price so I called them and set up the appointment to have my 25 year old furnace checked out since it had been running erratically. I’m so glad I did because the nicest man , Glen Ashford, came out and did a check up. The news wasn’t good, my furnace inside was cracked and the control board was burned along with some water damage he said it should be “red tagged”. In other words it’s illegal to run it safely with the damage it had. (Well it’s Christmas time so of course my furnace must die!!!). Glen calmly and patiently explained everything to me and showed me pictures of all the damaged parts. He never once pressured me or even tried to sell me a new furnace. Needless to say I asked him about their furnaces and I ordered one. I felt like he was super honest, friendly, patient and someone I could trust, and would definitely call on again. He set up the install for the for the following business day and Brandon Miller came out and removed the old furnace and installed the new one. He too was friendly and polite and on time.
I also want to mention how nice Amanda was. She set up everything and did an excellent job. She was very good on the phone, easy to understand, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company 100%!!!“

“I hired them to clean out my dryer exhaust vent, as the LG dryer kept saying 80% blocked. Devon came out and cleaned the exhaust, but the dryer kept giving the clogged error even after he cleaned it. Something had to be still blocked, right? I called the business and spoke to Chuck, he was a good communicator and advised he'd send the technician back to take a second look. Low and behold, the dryer exhaust vent had a grate that was preventing the flap from opening on the outside of the house. Devon removed the grate and the flap is able to open and close during operation. All fixed, and the second trip was inclusive in the price. I would highly recommend Pristine Air Services if you need anything cleaned or serviced in your home! They are easy to deal with and stand behind their work. 10/10 A++++! I would use them for any future HVAC cleaning in my house. Thank you guys!“

“Our furnace failed the week of Christmas. Valley Furnace answered right away, gave us a next day appointment (we had a wood stove so we could wait it out) and recommended a couple things we could try that might fix the issue ourselves. when that didn't work they came out and fixed the problem within about 30 minutes, cheerfully explaining what was happening every step of the way. absolutely would recommend“

“We had several issues with our York furnace. Dan from A&H came to our house and troubleshot the furnace. He has expert knowledge of the York system. He identified several faulty pressure sensors, ordered new ones & replaced the faulty ones. A&H gave us priority service since our furnace was our only source of heat and it had been in the 20’s outside. The furnace works great now! I trust A&H and highly recommend them & their technician Dan!“
