Had hip and gluteal discomfort which appeared to be an overuse injury from repetitive motion. It was a recurring problem for the past few months. After an assessment of the affected area, Kiki, my therapist provided instruction on stretches to improve strength and flexibility in muscle and other issue. She videotaped me performing stretches so I could do them correctly at home. Her handouts provided me with the number of repetitions per set and number of sets per day. I've complied with the treatment regimen and after two sessions plus daily stretching, I can see improvement.
I highly recommend Tom to anyone who needs a physical therapist. He was very thorough with his exam for my neck and knee pain. The combination of manual therapy and exercise really helped.
Sou the medical admin was very helpful with scheduling appointments and always made me feel welcomed when I came in. Overall, Edmonds has a great team!
