My back would be incredibly sore sitting or making quick movements, my knees made stairs difficult, and I had burning sensations in both of my feet. I was experiencing pain in the left hip that was radiating all the way down into my legs. Tightness going down to my left big toe. My X-Rays showed a pinching of the sciatic nerve at L5. These pains have been very severe for the past 6 months but have been dealing with them since my teens. I couldn’t sleep at night and couldn’t even turn over or get out of bed.
