I went to her with a badly herniated lower spinal disc, and although I eventually had to have a surgery for it, she helped me immensely gain back mobility and strength before the procedure, so that after the procedure we could focus on strengthening and flexibility. I’ve been seeing Lauren for about 7 months now and the progress I see in myself is spectacular. She always pays attention even when I’m doing my own exercises to make sure my form is right. The progressions in exercises has been steady and challenging. She’s also a delightful personality and hilarious to talk to! Highly recommend going to see Lauren!!! She’s my girl! I always walk out happy. I owe my recovery to her!”

“Had my first ever chiropractor appointment this morning on emergency basis. I currently have a pretty severe upslip in my hip. Making the appointment was super easy and communication was spot on.<br><br>Once I arrived, Dr made sure that I knew to take my time getting inside as it has been so painful to go from sitting to standing (and vice-versa) and to walk. Once paperwork was completed, I was shown into a room and we started immediately with discussing what happened to me and what the process to getting me back to normal would probably look like. I informed the chiropractor that it was my first time ever visiting a chiropractor and that I was dealing with a lot of fear and anxiety. He made sure to talk me through everything and make sure that I could relax before even putting a hand on me. Though, part of my adjustments were painful, they weren't nearly as painful as I had originally feared. I even ended the appointment with some laughs as he was making jokes which really helped to ease my mind. Great bedside manner!<br><br>I left today's appointment with a future plan to get me back to shape and with more mobility in my affected hip. Looking forward to my next appointments and getting well!”

“I can't say enough good things about this company! We contacted the company over a holiday when my mom's surgery didn't go as smoothly as planned. Jodell became my superwoman and guardian angel! She went above and beyond over the holiday to help us figure out all our options (even those outside of Everhome!). She also kept in contact throughout our period of care, so I really felt there was someone there to help and support us if anything came up. My mom really liked all her care givers. There were a few in particular she REALLY bonded with and still talks about. A special thank you to Challah for making sure she got to spend as much time as possible with them! My mother will need another surgery in a few months and we will be calling Everhome again!”

“Gone here a few times and the physical therapists are wonderful! They are very friendly, accomodating, and answer every question with the intention to help me understand.<br><br>However, I am going to leave four stars because one thing has irked me the few times I have gone: I don’t feel as welcomed upon walking in as I would expect. The people at the front desk are kind and helpful once you start talking to them, but when you first walk in, they seem upset that you are there. They don’t greet you and wait until you speak to them. In addition, the last time I came in, every one of them seemed to be staring very intensely at me as if it was offensive of me to come in. I don’t understand why. I’d expect to be said “Hello!” to and asked if I have an appointment, instead the five or so people who stand around behind the receptionist desk just stare and wait for you to speak.<br>The last time I went was also the first time I saw the founder of Axis and we only passed by one another, yet he didn’t smile, even just to be polite. He simply did the same kind of blank stare. I find that quite strange. Especially since the physical therapists are so friendly and make me feel welcome.<br><br>I would also appreciate being told that I will be starting with another therapist for the first part of my session before my regular therapist that I had scheduled to see arrives.<br><br>Other than those few concerns, I feel comfortable working with the therapists, plus the place is clean and so is the equipment. It is also decorated nicely which I think adds to the comfortable feel of the environment.”
