Super experience!! Caring staff, very professional with a fun atmosphere. Recovery from my shoulder injury felt daunting, but the therapists walked me through the mechanics of rehabilitation as we worked through the exercises. I saw increased mobility progress fast...and my shoulder is almost pain free!! I hope I manage to stay injury-free, but I will absolutely return to Select in Bothell if I do happen to hurt myself again.
I took 4 sessions at Select Physical Therapy and it was super great. Hope and Colin are extremally attentive to detail, highly skilled and helped a lot getting me on shape. Highly recommend!
I’ve been to a couple of different PT’s to help me recover from a knee injury and I haven’t had the results that I have been hoping for until I came here. The atmosphere of the whole place is amazing and they really care about your progress and helping you achieve your goals. They have a perfect balance of pushing you while accommodating for pain and relating to you as a person. I was actually excited to return for appointments and the exercises they provided we’re always fun and kept me on my toes.I highly recommend this place! Most patient, energetic, dedicated, and motivating PT’s I have met.
