Chelsi is an amazing teacher! Although I've been practicing for a long time this was my first hot class. Chelsi led us through a steady practice that had options for all levels. Would definitely take her class again.

This is our second time going to Todd's Yoga Nidra workshop and it was amazing as usual. We found the workshop to be an enlightening, educational journey. We highly recommend it.
